DELIVERY & RETURNS
Most of our items are offered FREE of delivery charges making ordering multiple items from different sellers as cost effective as possible. However, please be aware that if ordering from several different sellers that charge our standard rate, you will be billed a delivery charge from each.

Express and Tracked:
We don't currently offer these options
Each seller has their own dispatch time, ie. the time it takes to make or have a product ready for dispatch. Some of these can seem fairly long but please bear in mind many items are handmade to order and often from materials of limited availability. This is clearly indicated on the product pages so there shouldn't be any nasty surprises!
Express and Tracked
We don't currently offer express or tracked shipping but if you just can't wait for your item, you're very welcome to contact us to see if there's a possibility it can be dispatched sooner than quoted.
Returns and Exchanges
If you change your mind and would like to return your goods we offer a full refund on all items* returned undamaged and in their original state plus original packaging. Where applicable, the full cost of the original out-going postage will also be refunded, with the exception of delivery for large furniture items.
In order for us to accept returned goods, we need to be notified within 14 days of your receiving the goods and the cost of all return postage must be met by the buyer. In the event that you wish to return large items of furniture, we need to be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Some exceptions apply. Orders for personalised and bespoke items have been undertaken by the maker or seller on the understanding these have been made to the specification of the buyer alone and as such are unlikely to be saleable to another.
*Items that are personalised, eg, named or with messages, made to measure or have a hygiene seal that has been broken, as well as earrings for pierced ears due to hygeine reasons, will not be accepted for returns, exchanges and refunds unless faulty.
Exchanges are only possible with some items and sellers; please check product listings carefully for the seller's exchange policy.Where an exchange is possible the cost of all returning postage will be met by the buyer.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment, within 3 days of confirmation that the seller is in receipt of the returned goods. Please allow 1-2 days further for funds to clear.
Where goods are received damaged, partially missing or in any other way deemed faulty please notify us immediately, or within 7 days of receipt of the order at the latest, otherwise we will be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Where an order has not arrived, please refer to the dispatch and postal timings before contacting us. Being handmade and from recycled materials, our products can sometimes take a little longer to produce than quoted and parts can occasionally be difficult to source. Although this is unusual, we will endeavour to keep you well informed should any unavoidable delays occur.
As a business, we and all our sellers are committed to keeping the environmental impact of our services and products as low as possible. Every item dispatched will be packaged in either recycled, plastic-free or reused materials.
